These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of any course, batch, or service offered by Mach Meyer's Academy ("we", "us", "our"), whether accessed through our website, live sessions, or recorded content. By registering for a course, booking a demo class, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our GATE Aerospace Engineering coaching programs are intended for engineering students and graduates preparing for the GATE examination. Enrollment is confirmed only once the registration form is complete and the applicable course fee has been received in full. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrollment where information provided during registration is found to be false or incomplete.
Each login ID and password issued to a student is intended for the exclusive use of that individual student only. Sharing login credentials with any other person, whether another student or a non-student, is strictly prohibited.
Zero tolerance on credential sharing. Any account found to be in violation of this policy will have its access terminated with immediate effect, and the student will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at machmeyersacademy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Access to live classes, recorded sessions, mock tests, and other course materials is granted only to enrolled students for the duration of their selected plan, and is subject to the fair use of our platform and resources.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable course fee through our designated payment partners. Fees, discounts, and offers displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice, and any discount applied at the time of your enrollment will be honoured for that enrollment only. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a payment, as it governs whether and when a refund may be issued.
We expect all students to engage respectfully with trainers, staff, and fellow students during live sessions, doubt-clearing calls, and any community or group communication channels associated with our programs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any student engaging in abusive, disruptive, or dishonest conduct, including malpractice during mock tests and assessments.
All course material, including notes, recorded videos, question banks, and assessments, is the intellectual property of Mach Meyer's Academy and is provided to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use as an enrolled student. Reproducing, distributing, or reselling this material to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Where applicable to your plan, we provide personalized assistance in connecting students with internship opportunities at partner aerospace companies through our industry network. This assistance is best-effort in nature — Mach Meyer's Academy does not guarantee the offer, duration, or outcome of any internship, as these are determined solely by the hiring organization.
While we make every effort to provide accurate, high-quality coaching content, we do not guarantee any specific GATE score, rank, admission, or employment outcome as a result of enrolling in our programs. Mach Meyer's Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, misusing course material, or engaging in misconduct during classes or assessments. Termination for cause under these Terms does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our programs or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
